This is our registered business address for correspondence. It is not a clinic and there is no walk-in consultation here.
What to include
- About an order or refund: your order number and the phone number you signed up with.
- About your plan or your health: please use the doctor chat in the app, so your doctor can see it alongside your diary and reports.
- About your data: the phone number on the account, and what you want — a copy, a correction, or deletion.

Grievance officer
For complaints that have not been resolved, write to the same address marked “Grievance Officer”, or email gutwat@gmail.com with GRIEVANCE in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
