Terms of Use

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and RR Solutions, 150, VPO Luhana, Rewari, Haryana – 123411, which owns and operates the Gutwat brand, website and app. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept these terms.

2. Who may use Gutwat

You must be 18 or older and using it for yourself. You must give honest answers in the symptom check and intake — the plan is built from them, and a wrong answer produces a wrong plan.

3. What the service is

A 21-day Ayurvedic programme delivered through the Gutwat app, with an Ayurvedic doctor (BAMS) assigned to you, together with medicines and kits delivered to your address. It is traditional Ayurvedic practice combined with diet and daily routine. It is not allopathic treatment and it is not a diagnosis.

4. What it is not

• It is not emergency care and must never be used as such.
• It does not replace medicines your physician has prescribed. Do not stop them because of anything in the app. Tell your doctor here what you are already taking.
• No cure is promised. Results differ from person to person, and we do not claim otherwise anywhere in the app or on this site.

5. The AI, and its limits

The app uses AI to put your old reports in date order and explain them in plain language, and to answer questions using your own reports and diary. It cites where each statement came from. It will not name a disease, will not set a dose, and will not answer a question about medication amounts — those go to your doctor. Where the AI is unsure, or the report contains anything urgent, a doctor reviews it before you see anything.

6. Payment

Plans are a single payment for 21 days. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Payments are taken by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. The amount charged is always the amount our own records hold for that plan — the app cannot send a price. Prices may change, but never for a plan you have already paid for.

7. Refunds

Set out in full in the Refunds & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your account

Your account is tied to your mobile number and an OTP. Keep your phone secure; anyone with your number and the OTP can reach your medical history. Tell us at once if your number changes or your phone is lost. One person, one account — do not share it.

9. What you may not do

• Upload someone else's medical reports without their permission.
• Resell, copy or redistribute the plans, exercise videos, food lists or written content.
• Try to break, probe or overload the service, or reach data that is not yours.
• Use the doctor chat for abuse, or for anything other than your own care.

10. Content ownership

The exercises, food lists, written explanations, designs and software are owned by RR Solutions. What you write — your diary, your messages, your reports — remains yours. You give us permission to use it only to run your care.

11. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the service described here with reasonable care. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on how a plan is followed, on conditions we were not told about, or on advice you took from elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

12. Ending your plan

You can cancel a plan at any time from the app. We may end a plan if these terms are broken, if the account is shared, or if a doctor decides the programme is not appropriate for you — in that last case we refund you in full.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rewari, Haryana have jurisdiction.
