The short version. Medicines and kits are dispatched within 2 working days and usually reach you in 3–7 days. Delivery is free and India-only. The app part of your plan — practice, food list, doctor chat — starts immediately, it does not wait for the parcel.

1. What is delivered, and what is not

A 21-day plan has two halves. The digital half — your daily practice, food list, diary, doctor chat and reports — is available in the Gutwat app as soon as the plan starts. The physical half — medicines, churans, oils and the navel kit — is posted to you.

2. Dispatch and delivery time

Dispatch: within 2 working days of payment.
Metro cities: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Other locations: usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.

These are the courier's usual timings, not a guarantee. Festivals, weather and local restrictions can add days. Once your parcel is handed over you get a tracking number in the app and by WhatsApp.

3. Charges

Delivery is free on every plan and on shop orders. There are no packing or handling fees, and we do not charge cash-on-delivery fees because we do not offer cash on delivery.

4. Where we deliver

Within India only. We do not ship outside India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier we will tell you before taking payment, or refund you in full if it is discovered afterwards.

5. If your parcel does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for 5 working days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, write to gutwat@gmail.com with your order number. We raise it with the courier and either send a replacement or refund you. You do not have to chase the courier yourself.

6. Address changes

You can change the delivery address in the app until the order is dispatched. After dispatch the address cannot be changed; if it is undeliverable it comes back to us and we resend it to a corrected address at no charge.
